High5 accepts no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any loss arising from non-availability of materials or delay or failure to deliver.

However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, High5 Ltd disclaims all warranties (express or implied) as to the accuracy of the information. Ordering: When placing an order you agree that the information given is accurate and complete. You will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order with an Order ID: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion. If we cannot accept your order we will contact you by email and shall promptly refund any amount already paid to us. Note however, that we will always make our very best effort to supply you with the products listed in your order confirmation.
Tax Charges: For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added where applicable.
Returns: High5 Ltd is committed to providing the highest quality products and service to our customers. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be in some way defective or unwanted. In keeping with our commitment to providing you with excellent service, we offer the following returns facilities:
Unwanted Products Ordered In Error: We will accept unwanted products for refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that the goods are in an unopened and re-saleable condition. Postage and packing cannot be refunded in this instance.
Defective Product or Products Shipped By High5 In Error: We will accept the return of defective products for full refund (including shipping) or replacement. Defective Product returns are by arrangement only. Please call 01509 835 873 for a Defective Product Return Number and advise on how to ship back to us.
We cannot accept liability for returned products damaged during transit, so you are advise to wrap the product adequately. Note that proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery, so you are advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
