You’ll never HIGH5 on your own.

In light of current uncertain and overwhelming circumstances lots of events are having to cancel or postpone which is understandably causing great disappointment for those of you who have trained for months to take part. As a great supporter of events, and with a huge number of event partners facing the same challenges, we understand.

But health and wellbeing far surpass any feelings of disappointment and we all have a responsibility to keep each other safe.

While we continue to stay open on to support your altered training programmes, we want to let you know what we’re doing to tackle this.

The important stuff
As an ISO 9001 and LGC accredited manufacturing site, food safety and quality is top priority. On top of our standard procedures to ensure high-quality at all times, we’re also restricting site access to essential services only, providing staff with additional training on good hygiene practices and increasing our already frequent cleaning routines throughout our facilities.

Our HIGH5 Family
Obviously we’re following the government guidelines on working from home and self-isolation. On top of this, we’re giving extra HR support to all staff through holiday flexibility and advice on how to stay productive as well as mentally and physically healthy during this challenging time (of which getting outdoors and continuing some structured exercise is important!)

Staying connected
While HIGH5 is all about competing together, we know that’s not possible if you’re social distancing or self-isolating. We’re changing our content to support you with your new training regimes, whether you’re hitting the rollers instead of the roads or sprinting up and down the stairs. We’re committed to provide relevant and interesting content but we’d also love to share your stories, so don’t forget to tag us in your own posts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. And if there’s something you want to see from us, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Celebrate commitment
Let’s celebrate the commitment you made to your event and keep the motivation going. We will share more training guides, tips and tricks from us and our ambassadors to help you keep on training, even if you need to train on your own or stay indoors.

Sharing is caring
We know a lot of you are disappointed that events have been postponed or cancelled. To soften the blow, you’ll continue to get great samples in your online orders and will be running more competitions on our social platforms. We can’t change the world, but we hope we can lift your spirits.

While you might feel alone on your solo mission, you’re part of a great community of endurance athletes who are all facing the same challenge, not just in the UK. And you are part of our HIGH5 community.
After all, you can’t spell ‘community’ without ‘unity’. So let’s stand united.
