Participation is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. This initiative is not open to employees of the Promoter or any affiliated companies, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected to this research.
Only one submission per person is allowed. Entries submitted on behalf of another individual or joint entries will not be accepted. Incomplete, illegible, or late submissions will not be considered.
No purchase is necessary to participate, but internet access is required.
Due to limited interview slots, not all applicants will be contacted or invited to take part.
Selected participants will be invited to take part in a 45–60 minute video conversation over Microsoft Teams. If selected and the session is completed in full, the participant will receive a £50 voucher to use at www.highfive.co.uk.

Participants will be selected based on the relevance of their responses and alignment with the research criteria defined by HIGH5. Selected participants will be contacted using the email address provided.
If a selected participant declines the interview or fails to respond within 14 days, their place will be offered to another participant.
Personal data submitted during sign-up will be used only to facilitate participation in this research and will be handled in line with UK data protection laws and the HIGH5 Privacy Policy. Data shared during the interviews will be anonymised and used solely for research purposes.
If selected, participants will be asked for consent before transcription or note-taking begins. Interviews will not be recorded.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this initiative in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues beyond its control.
The Promoter’s decisions in relation to this research and incentive distribution are final. No correspondence will be entered into.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
