1. Promoter: The Promoter is AB Sports Nutrition, a division of ABF Grain Products Ltd, Weston Centre, 10 Grosvenor Street, London W1K 4QU, United Kingdom. Registered Company Number: 00079590 (the “Promoter”).
2. Eligibility:
Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom and aged 18 years or over.
Entrants must be a registered member of sports club affiliated with the HIGH5 Club Rewards Programme.
3. How to sign up:
Enter your name, email address and club name on the sign-up page.
The first 200 club members to sign-up will be enrolled into the product trial.
Participants will be selected on a first come first served basis.
Details submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Incomplete, illegible or misdirected form submissions will not be accepted.
4. Expectations for taking part in the product trial:
Participants will first receive a short survey (ca. 10mins to complete) on their current sport activities and nutrition
Participants will receive 1x Energy Gel Refill Berry, 1x HIGH5 Reusable Gel Flask 150ml and 1x HIGH5 Resuable Gel Flask 250ml. This will be sent to the main club contact to distribute to the participating club members
Participants should use the products during their normal sports activities
At the end of the trial, participants will receive a further survey (ca. 10mins to complete) on their experience of using the products.
5. Sign Up Period: The sign up is open to entries from 00:00 GMT on 18th July 2022 until 23.59 BST on 29th July 2022 or such earlier time as the promotor may decide in its sole discretion to end the promotion.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to discount any inappropriate or offensive entries and to disqualify any entries if the Promoter, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the promotion (including, without limitation, by setting up multiple email accounts in order to submit multiple entries).
7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without prior notice.
8. The Promoter shall use entrants’ personal data for the purposes of carrying out the promotion as set out in the Promoter’s privacy notice available at https://highfive.co.uk/pages/privacy-policy.
9. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties agree that any dispute or action arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
