We don’t deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Our standard timescale from placing your order to receiving your delivery is 3 working days.Our offices and warehouses do not operate on weekends, bank holidays or national holidays.
All U.K. Mainland order are sent using a next working day delivery service. However, there is a cut off time that may affect when you receive your package. For example, if you place your order at 5pm on a Friday, it will not be processed until the following Monday.
Delivery to some postcodes in Scotland and International deliveries may take longer.
The dispatch confirmation email will contain an estimated delivery date.
Delivery will be between the hours of 8am and 6pm, we are unable to confirm an exact time. All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. A signed acknowledgement of receipt will be required.
We use 2 different couriers for U.K. Mainland deliveries, if your order is under 1kg in weight and consists of 1-2 small capsule products or single accessories; it will be sent via 1st Class Royal Mail. Anything larger than this will be sent using DPD.
If your order is sent via courier it will need to be signed for – normal delivery hours are Monday to Friday 8am-6pm however, you will receive a text message notifying you of your 1 hour delivery window on the day of delivery.
If a receipt cannot be obtained, a card will be left with a contact number for you to collect the goods from the local courier’s depot or request another delivery date.
Before the dispatch of your goods, you may request special arrangements (for example, leave your package with a neighbour or another secure location of your choosing) which we will follow at your risk, as the insurance may become null and void.
The goods will not be held by the local courier for longer than five days, after which they will be returned to us to await your further instructions. You will be charged the couriers return

We are committed to providing the highest quality products and service to our customers. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be in some way defective or unwanted. In keeping with our commitment to providing you with excellent service, we offer the following by way of cancellation and returns.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date on which the products are delivered to you without giving any reason (“Cooling-off Period”).
You can cancel your order during the Cooling-off Period by notifying us in writing (by email to email@example.com or by post) and stating clearly that you wish to cancel your order and returning the products supplied, to: HIGH5, Sea View Way, Brighton, BN2 6NT, without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. You will bear the costs of returning the products to us.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication setting out your wish to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
If you cancel your order by following the above instructions, we will reimburse to you all payments received by you (including, if applicable, the costs of delivery except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) in respect of the returned products.

We are under a legal obligation to supply products that conform with the Contract. Therefore, if the products delivered are not of satisfactory quality or do not conform to the description provided or any other terms set out herein upon delivery, you may cancel the contract and obtain a full refund (including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the items to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us) within 30 days of the date of purchase by returning the products to us at: HIGH5, Sea View Way, Brighton, BN2 6NT.
We will not refund products which have been opened or tampered with or which have been consumed in whole or in part (unless the products are defective and such defect was only apparent on opening of the product). It is your responsibility to ensure products are returned in suitable packaging, we will make a deduction from the reimbursement of any items returned damaged if they are not suitably packaged.
