HIGH5 Starter Nutrition Pack

New to sports nutrition and wondering what you should be taking? The HIGH5 Starter Nutrition Pack is a selection of our favourite products to test some of the essential products to fuel and recover from a training session. The HIGH5 Starter Nutrition Pack will help sustain your performance and stay hydrated during sport. It also comes with a 750ml Drinks Bottle (leak-proof top, food grade plastic and dishwasher safe).

This pack is suitable for vegetarians and contains an assortment of bestselling flavours.

Pack contents: 1x Energy Gel + 1x Energy Gel Caffeine + 1x Energy Drink sachet + 1x Recovery Drink sachet + 2x ZERO (1 tablet)

Energy Gel Caffeine Raspberry:

Glucose Syrup, Water, Maltodextrin, Fruit Juice Concentrate (Raspberry 1%, Cranberry), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Sodium Citrates, Malic Acid), Caffeine, Sodium Chloride, Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate), Natural Flavouring.

Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women. (75mg/100g).

Energy Drink Berry:

Maltodextrin, Fructose 32%, Food Acids (Citric Acid, Malic Acid), Acidity Regulators (Sodium Citrates, Potassium Citrate), Natural Flavourings, Sodium Chloride.May contain traces of gluten, egg and/or milk.

Are the drinks isotonic?
Yes, Energy Drink is isotonic.

Are there products in the pack that contain electrolytes?
Yes, Enery Drink (sodium and potassium), and ZERO (sodium, magnesium, potassium, calcium and chloride) contain electrolytes

Are the products Vegetarian/Vegan?
All products in this pack are vegetarian and some products are suitable for Vegans, for example the gels and Energy Drink. Recovery Drink and ZERO are not suitable for Vegans.

Does this pack contain caffeine?
The majority of products in the pack are caffeine free except for Energy Gel Caffeine, which contains 30mg caffeine per gel. We do not recommend these be used by children and pregnant women. Although ZERO is not a caffeine product, it may contain traces of caffeine (less than 2mg) from the Green Tea Leaves Extract.

Can you recycle HIGH5 packaging?
We now offer different ways to help recycle our single-use packaging (this includes Energy Gel and Energy Bar wrappers) which aren’t widely recyclable through traditional recycling facilities. Read more about the scheme here.

Is it okay to take Gels and follow with water or ZERO?
You should consume gels with appropriate fluid intake to stay hydrated as is recommended whenever you take part in sports activity. You can use ZERO instead of water.

Is this bottle BPA free?
Yes, the HIGH5 Drink Bottles are BPA free. 

Are HIGH5 products drug free/free from banned substances?
We do not use banned ingredients in HIGH5 products and have a 100% proven track record: no athlete has ever tested positive from using a HIGH5 product. The main manufacturing site for HIGH5 products, where we make our gels and powders, is Informed Sport certified.
